Reflexology - an ancient are of foot massage believed to be an excellent way to re-balance the body's system. Relaxing and sustaining - this treatment offers time to be at one with yourself, in an environment of calm and peace whilst enjoying the massage, the soft music and the calming scents.

What to Expect?

Your first session of reflexology will take around an hour. After an assessment and explanation of what to expect, you will be able to lay back - or sit if your prefer - relax and enjoy your treatment.

Targetting specific areas

If you are trying reflexology to possibly help with certain conditions, please be sure to tell your therapist so that special focus can be made on specific pressure points on the feet.

But i'm really ticklish

Do not worry if you would like to try a treatment but are concerned that you are ticklish. There is a great difference between a therapeutic touch and someone who is just aggravating you.

Allergy Advice

As with all treatments - you must inform your reflexologist of any allergies that you have as oils and creams used in the treatment will be adjusted accordingly.
